Once more, I sanded and revarnished the cabin sole, including the three bilge access hatches.

On deck, I removed the excess cured sealant from around the chainplate covers, using a knife, scraper, and solvent to clean up.

The original tiller was in good shape, but required refinishing.  To that end, I sanded away the old, peeling varnish and Cetol, then applied a sealer coat of varnish, the first of many to come.

Meanwhile, I sanded and revarnished various cabinet doors.

Looking ahead to the upcoming electrical system, I prepared two newly-arrived service panels for eventual installation.  The owner elected to use 24-volt accessories and lighting in many cases, but inevitably there was also a requirement for a number of 12-volt items, so one panel was required for each system.  The panels came with three blank spots, and we elected to fill these with circuit breakers now to allow for future expansion if needed, so I installed the new breakers in the two panels.

I also made some initial preparations to a 48-volt electrical box that was part of the electric propulsion system, since anything I could do on the bench would be much easier than doing it in the boat later.  I removed a few of the knockouts where I thought I'd run cables and wires into and out of the panel, and installed wire clamps in the holes, and generally acquainted myself with the box and its associated wiring.  Along with minor odds and ends, this wrapped up the work for the day.
