In the usual way, I washed and sanded yesterday's epoxy fairing compound, then cleaned up the resulting dust.  This round virtually completed most of the major fairing, but there remained a few isolated low spots, plus additional filling work required in the cockpit and poop deck, which I'd started later in the process.

Afterwards, I hand-sanded the molded toerails to remove the old paint and to prepare the molded coves for an application of an epoxy fillet where required in way of the recored areas.

After cleaning up, I applied fairing compound to the areas requiring it on the decks, and formed fillets along the toerails and cabin trunk as needed to clean up the edges where sanding had created shallow divots.
