Needing to spend the day on another project, it was a short session, but I sanded the newly-epoxied cockpit coamings as necessary to remove the excess and clean up the surfaces, particularly around the return blocks.
Afterwards, I washed the coamings with oxalic acid solution, rinsing them thoroughly before leaving them to dry.
