Bolero Project | September 1, 2007

After too long using the second shop bay as a catch-all for assorted boat parts and related detritus, I decided to reorganize and move things about so that I could get Bolero indoors for some work even while the other shop bay was occupied.  Getting her indoors meant that I could stop worrying about water collecting in the bilge every time it rained, as well.

It seemed amazing to me, as I lugged six 15' long sausage sail bags up two flights of stairs to the attic for storage, that sails for such a small boat could possibly be stored in such absurdly long bags.  Talk about inconvenient!  (I know, I know why they are the way they are, but I don't have to like it!)
