Bolero Project | Saturday, March 8, 2008

I sanded the chainplates and surrounding tabbing as necessary to remove burrs and sharp edges, and then added three strips of tabbing to each side, spanning the seam between hull and deck and extending well onto each surface to integrate the previous work and further spread the load path onto the hull and deck.

I started wrapping fiberglass tape over the exposed inboard plywood edge, but it wasn't working out the way I'd planned so I postponed that task till later.
