I masked off the edge of the deck paint near the deck edge, then covered with decks with plastic sheeting, which I taped securely in place.
Afterwards, I reset the staging for hull height, and solvent-washed the hull a final time to prepare for paint. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to complete the hull painting on this day, with a previously-scheduled commitment away from the shop beginning mid-day, so despite having almost enough time on hand to complete it, instead I looked forward to completing the paint in a day or two.
