Waanderlust Project | Saturday, September 11, 2010

After tacking off the hull and deck and preparing the primer, I spent the day applying three coats of finish primer to the deck and hull.  I began with three coats of white primer on the deck surfaces, breaking the deck into two areas for access:  first the coachroof and cockpit well, then the foredeck, cabin trunk, and sidedecks.

Afterwards, I moved the staging down to hull height and applied three coats of gray finish primer to the hull.
