With windy conditions outdoors, I installed the tarp while the boat was still inside the shop, securing the tarp with a few lines to hold things temporarily. Unfortunately, this precluded the chance to take pictures of the boat as she emerged from indoors.
Afterwards, I moved the boat to her designated spot in the yard for storage, and completed the tarp tie-down with a number of lines anchored to the ground, plus several cross lines beneath the boat which help hold the tarp down.
Phase I of the project was now complete. Phase II will begin later on; the exact timing will be determined soon
