Waanderlust Project--Phase II | Wednesday, June 8, 2011

It was time to move forward with preparations for applying the nonskid to the decks.  With only a short time available before I had to leave for an appointment, I began by vacuuming and solvent-washing the coachroof and cockpit surfaces to clean them before beginning to mask off.

Afterwards, I applied masking tape to demark the edges of the nonskid on the coachroof and in the cockpit, as well as around a vent opening in the foredeck.  I'd finish up the rest later, when I had more time.

Before leaving for my appointment, I had time to sand and revarnish the deadlight frames.
