The first order of business was the battery support platform.  I removed the clamps from the final glueup, and lightly sanded the areas to remove any sharp epoxy squeezeout.

Up in the boat, I placed the completed assembly in position to check its fit, and made some reference marks.  Then, after thoroughly cleaning the bonding areas, I installed the platform in thickened epoxy adhesive, just enough for the moment to secure the assembly in place.  The epoxy made the platform want to slip down the hull, so I secured it to the rudderpost temporarily with a length of line.

In several additional sessions throughout the morning, I built up additional epoxy around the areas where I'd later be tabbing the platform into place.  I created the bondings and fillets in several steps to avoid unwanted excess heat buildup.  Because of the changing shape of the hull, the base of the platform didn't sit squarely or flat on the surface--which I'd been prepared for and had built the platform to be self-supporting--but this left large enough gaps that attempting to create the fillets all at once would have made the mass too hot.  After four additional applications, all the fillets I needed were complete, and I left the new installation to fully cure.

This required most of the morning in an on-and-off sense, but in between and thereafter, I worked on the interior cabinet doors again, beginning with the final adjustments on the chainlocker door that I'd started earlier.  I had to slightly reposition the catches for it to work properly, then installed a knob as much for consistent looks as for actual function.

Next was the pair of doors enclosing the large locker in the passageway.

In a couple stages, I installed hardware on and hung the doors to the upper lockers in the saloon, along with their required catches and support blocks.

Now that the top of the engine box was all painted, I reinstalled it with screws.
