Snow Lily | Tuesday, November 27, 2012

During the morning, I removed all the masking tape and paper from the deck areas.  I left some of the tape on the toerails, removing only the section adjacent to the channels, so I wouldn't have to recover them completely when I masked for the hull paint a little later.

The next step in the process would be two coats of non-skid paint on the decks, but it was too soon to mask off the fresh paint, so in the meantime I went through some of the original gear and hardware that I'd removed at the beginning of the project to determine what might be reused or what required replacement, and started looking into new choices.
