Over the course of the morning, I finished up the sanding on board, working through the grits to prepare the windshield, handrails, and cockpit trim for varnish.  Afterwards, I cleaned up the shop and the boat to rid them of the accumulated sanding dust and any other debris, and solvent-washed the bare teak and adjacent surfaces.

Next, I masked off all the areas necessary around the trim and windshield and, when that was done, tacked off the wood.

Finally, I applied a sealer coat of varnish to all the newly-sanded wood, and wrapped up the day with a third coat of varnish on the toerails and eyebrow.
