The owner brought the boat to me with a list of possible projects to accomplish, depending on the overall scope of a few larger problems.  Among the more significant possibilities was the possibility, according to a recent survey, of core damage in parts of the deck, particularly the coachroof.

After allowing the boat to warm up for the better part of a week, I spent some time going over her in detail to assess the actual scope of or need for work on the items on the list.  During my inspection, I determined that the coachroof core was indeed compromised and badly deteriorated, so I suspected that the need for this repair would drive the final outcome of some of the other items on the list.

I prepared a report for the owner so we could determine the final project scope.  As we move forward, I'll cover the various jobs at hand, once the scope has been finalized.
