I spent the day removing most of the remaining deck hardware from the after half of the boat, picking up where I left off a while ago.  I removed the remaining stanchions and stern pulpit, cockpit coamings and winch bases, mast step and related wiring connectors, stern cleats and chocks, and a variety of other items in and around the cockpit and poop deck.  I also removed the chainplates.

Still ahead remained the removal of the ports, deadlights, and genoa tracks, after which the deck stripping would be complete.  The decks require much prep work, sanding, and repair; the existing nonskid material is unknown, but is flaking off in several large areas.  Removal ought to prove interesting.
