I didn't have much time available today, but now that the epoxy securing the cockpit seat braces was cured, I installed stainless steel through bolts at the junction of the two pieces for additional reinforcement, and applied a first coat of fairing filler around the fiberglass base pads to begin smoothing them into the surrounding areas.
