I'd waited as long as I could for the new engine to arrive, but it was a few weeks later than I'd expected, and with other work in the pipeline I had no choice but to move Waanderlust back outdoors for storage till the next round of work. All I'd been planning to do was bolt the engine into place on the new foundations; all other related work was going to happen in a third phase of work anyway, so there was no real harm in moving the boat at this point.
I'd store the new engine in the shop once it arrived, till the time came to hoist it into the boat and continue work.
