Circe
| Monday, January 18, 2010 During the morning hours, I made the final preparations required for hull primer. I masked off the deck and covered it with plastic sheeting, then masked the waterline and installed masking paper beneath to avoid undue overspray on the bottom. As usual, I solvent-washed and tacked off the hull, and washed down the shop, which fortunately had remained quite clean during the past week's work. |
With preparations complete, I applied three coats of Alexseal finish primer over the period of a couple hours, and left it to cure overnight. |

In other news, the template work for the dodger and interior cushions that had been planned last Friday was firmly rescheduled for one week from today, Monday the 25th. |
