Waanderlust Project | Tuesday, September 21, 2010

Before continuing with the boottop prep, I needed to give the fresh hull paint adequate time to cure; this would require at least 30 hours under ambient conditions before I could safely tape over the new paint.  To play it safe, I'd extend this further, and therefore made plans to complete the prep and boottop spraying on Wednesday, giving the hull paint more than enough cure time.

This limited my day's work to removing the tape defining the bottom edge of the hull paint, after which I worked on other jobs at the shop, but in any event here are more pictures of the new paint following the untaping and with some natural light.
