Summer Song | Thursday, May 2, 2013

During the morning, I continued the sanding work, and completed the port side, working through 80 and 120 grits.  Afterwards, I vacuumed and solvent-washed the hull to prepare for the next steps.

While the hull was in good condition overall, there were many tiny scrapes and divots scattered about, but concentrated around the bows and counter.  I applied a coat of fine epoxy fairing compound as needed to begin the repair process.
