Once more, I prepared and sanded the new fairing compound on the hull-deck joint, this time with 80 grit paper on longboard and sander as needed.  Afterwards, the basic shape of the area was where it needed to be,  but there were various low spots and skips from the troweling process that required filling now.  These processes were leading up to the final rounds of hull sanding during the remainder of the week.
