Snow Lily | Wednesday, December 12, 2012

During the morning hours, I applied two additional coats of the Interprotect epoxy system, for a total of five coats.
I left the epoxy to cure for several hours before continuing the bottom process.

During this time, I worked in the cabin to continue applying satin varnish to the remaining areas, including the saloon and galley, as well as the drawer fronts for the passageway area that I'd built and base-coated much earlier.

After waiting several hours following the final coat of barrier coat, I applied two coats of Micron Extra antifouling paint to the bottom--first a "signal" coat of light gray, followed a couple hours later by the final green color.
