Throughout the morning and early afternoon, I sanded the deck primer, beginning in the cockpit, then the coachroof, and finally the sidedecks and cabin trunk.    I used 220 paper by machine, and finished up with 320 grit by hand.

Afterwards, I vacuumed the decks, hull, and everything else and began the standard pre-painting cleanup process in the shop.  Once I'd removed all the dust, I wrapped up the day by solvent-washing the decks and hull to prepare for tomorrow's taping and final paint preparation.
